Dr. Shellane Dyer is the visionary Founder and CEO of MemoryPulse™, a groundbreaking health tech company devoted to enhancing safety and dignity for individuals living with dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease. A licensed therapist with a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Public Health, and a Doctorate in Business Administration, Shellane brings a rare combination of clinical insight, business acumen, and deep empathy to her work.
As a Certified Dementia Practitioner, she understands firsthand the daily challenges caregivers and families face. Her inspiration for MemoryPulse™ came from her own family’s journey—especially her beloved grandmother, Francis, whose struggle with dementia fueled Shellane’s mission to create compassionate, dignified, and user-friendly solutions.
Under her leadership, MemoryPulse™ is transforming the landscape of memory care through wearable technology that is not only functional, but elegant, inclusive, and emotionally comforting.

We create elegant, hypoallergenic wearable bracelets that combine intuitive safety technology with calming design. Each MemoryPulse™ bracelet is equipped with NFC touch plate activation, a discreet QR profile, and self-soothing texture zones—features that support wellness, identity, and emergency response without drawing attention or stigma.
