Quick Tips of The Month - March:

One of our most frequent questions relates to accessing and using the html email templates and image library. These tips should help:

The template system is integrated within the content editor, simply click the "choose html template" icon which is to the left of the bold icon on the first row of the toolbar to select a standard or blank template from the public folder.

If you want to add images to a campaign you either need to copy them from a webpage that is online or upload them to your image library folder and then insert them into your campaign. If you add them from your computer they will not appear correctly.

To access the image library, click the "image manager" icon which is to the immediate left of the "choose html template" icon on the first row of the toolbar. View the public folder for preloaded images or if you wish to use your own images you will need to upload them to your private folder.

If you decide to cut/paste content from another webpage or start from scratch within the mmpulse editor we suggest that you use the blank template found in the public template folder.  This will make style/font size changes easier to make in your content.
