Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to instantly cease receiving email from mmpulse, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email. Abuse
If you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent via this system or purporting to be sent via this system, please forward a copy of that email with your comments for our immediate review and action.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our website pages and the quality of our service.   • We transfer information about you if mmpulse or MindHarbor is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, MindHarbor would notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Information Gathering and Use:

When you register for mmpulse, we ask for information such as your name, company name, email address and billing address.

MindHarbor uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact and research.

Cookies:

A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. 

Cookies are required to use the mmpulse service. We use cookies to record current session information but do not use permanent cookies. As an example cookies identify when your session becomes dormant and you are required to log back into the application to protect you against others accidentally accessing your account contents.

Client Data Storage:

Although MindHarbor owns the data storage, databases and all rights to the mmpulse application, you retain all rights to your data. We will never sell or share your data with any third-parties or use your data for our own business advantage, also we will not utilize your data in our databases to compete with you, market to your clients, advertise to, or contact them for any other means of profit. 

Disclosure:

MindHarbor may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the mmpulse Terms of Service.

Changes:

MindHarbor may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your mmprove primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
